Klinische Studien
Based on the idea to combine the Dendritic Cell activating TLR7 ligand Imiquimod
with a peptide which defines a specific CTL target (for example from virus-infected
cells) both delivered transcutaneously by simply applying an ointment anywhere onto
the skin, we initially gained very positive results in vivo, published in the Cutting
Edge section of the Journal of Immunology. The University of Mainz has applied for
the patent of this breakthrough approach.
Dr. med. Markus Radsak is enrolling healthy volunteers for a phase I trial.
