Group discussion with the keynote speakers and panelists of the conference; open to all postgraduate students.

The organizers of the 2011 Postgraduate Forum in Giessen would like to continue the tradition of PGF workshops at the annual DGfA convention by inviting the keynote speakers to join postgraduate students for a group discussion.
As of the 2009 PGF in Munich and the 2010 PGF in Leipzig, the workshop format has undergone a successful revision process meant to navigate away from the format of direct response papers to the keynote speakers. In this new format, the keynote speakers address their lectures in a panel discussion that will allow all audience members to ask questions.
The success of last year‘s PGF workshop in Regensburg leaves us confident that this year‘s workshop will be similarly productive and create a forum for equally vigorous scholarly exchange. We will ask the keynote speakers to send us their lectures in advance, which has worked well in earlier PGF workshops. The organizers of the Giessen PGF will moderate the discussion. The organizers also plan to prepare the discussion results of the workshop for publication.
