JoGuGATE is a coaching portal that will assist you in preparing your research stay. After your registration you will have the possibility to get information on all relevant steps for your stay abroad. You will find a schedule for compliance with all required deadlines as well as useful hints, information and personal accounts about life in Germany and especially, in Mainz. We would therefore highly recommend that you register via JoGuGATE once your research stay is certain.

If you like to register, please send us an including the following information:

• the name of your contact person / sponsor at JGU
• your host faculty at JGU
• the name of your sponsor if you receive financial support during your stay at JGU (e.g. scholarships of Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, German Academic Exchange Service, German Research Council, or JGU),
• the duration of your stay.
