Duties

• advising the faculties in preparation for reviewing an application to present the awards of honorary citizenship or honorary senator and the Diether von Isenburg Medal prior to discussing the issues in the Senate
• drafting the corresponding resolutions of the Senate
• drafting the Senate's resolution on the presentation of the "Dr. Willy Eberz Medal for particular collegiate commitment at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz"
