The Staff Unit Strategic Planning facilitates and supports the development and implementation of JGU’s strategic goals. It serves as an efficient interface between University Management and the faculties and central university facilities. Core tasks include the preparation of draft decisions for the President, the analysis of the competitive environment, and the promotion of strategy sustainability over time.

 Dr. Kerstin Vogel has been head of Strategic Planning since May 2012.
