The Student Service Hotline is the initial telephone advice point for

• the Student Office including the issue of study accounts (Studienkonten)
• the Student Counseling and Information Center
• the International Incoming and Outgoing department

 

The Student Service Hotline is a first stop for general information on: 

• course offering
• application procedures for international and German students
• rematriculation, leave of absence, exmatriculation
• subject changes
• transfers to a different university
• contacts in the faculties
• contacts in administrative offices which perform services for students upon request
